Booking conditions
The rooms are non-smoking. After confirmation from us, any reservation request must be guaranteed by a deposit corresponding to 30% of the amount of the stay. The balance due will be paid upon arrival of our guests. Payment can be made by checks, bank transfers and cash. Extra bed = 20 € per day, breakfast included. Extra cost for the use of the click-clack in the Saint-Pauloise: 15 € per stay Cot available free of charge and subject to availability.
Cancellation Conditions:
Due to our low capacity, cancellations can affect the establishment in a meaningful way, so we are forced to adhere to a strict sales policy. For cancellations occurring more than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay, the deposit will be reimbursed. For cancellations less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation will not be reimbursed. For any shortened stay or delayed arrival, the entire confirmed stay will be due. In case of long stays we advise you to contract cancellation insurance.
